Panalane® H-300E is a high viscosity emollient with film forming properties. This hydrogenated polyisobutene is ideal for improving long wear, pigment dispersion, and spreadability. It acts as a shine enhancer and is water resistant. Has a colorless molasses-like viscosity. Viscosity: 635-690 cSt @ 99°C. Use level: 1-50%
