How do I store your ingredients?
Most ingredients should be stored in a cool, stable environment. Extreme temperatures, either too hot or too cold, can affect the ingredient's quality. Some ingredients, particularly those that are natural or preservative-free, may require refrigeration to extend their shelf life. Always refer to the guidelines provided on SDS and TDS.

How do I navigate the site?
There are several ways to navigate our site:

How can I find a specific ingredient?
You can easily find specific ingredients using our search bar. Just type a keyword into the search bar, and a list of matching ingredients will appear. If you have any trouble finding what you’re looking for, please contact us at hello@letsmakebeauty.com.
What does EXW mean?
EXW stands for Ex Works. Any product size that is noted as Ex Works means that you will need to arrange with a carrier for pick up at our warehouse. Our warehouse is Rinchem Co, 3800 Marshall Lane, Quad A, Bensalem, PA 19020 - pickup hours are from 2-4pm.
Where can I find formulations on the site?
You can find formulations in the "Formulations" tab in the navigation menu. You can search for formulations by keyword or function. Formulations are also available on individual ingredient pages under the "Product Documentation" tab.
What features does your formulary have?
Our formulary includes a unique batch calculator! Simply enter the batch size in grams, and it will calculate the exact amount of each ingredient you need. After entering your batch size and clicking "Calculate," scroll down to the end of the formulation and click the "Add ingredients to basket" button. This will add all the ingredients to your basket in the required sizes. You can also print the formulations for your convenience.

How do I place an order?
Before placing an order, you'll need to create an account with us. This simple process not only facilitates ordering but also provides a personalized shopping experience. With an account, you can track orders, view past purchases, and streamline future transactions. You'll also gain access to special offers, new product launches, and expert tips. Once your account is active:

Is there a minimum order requirement?
We generally do not have a minimum order quantity for most of our products. This flexibility allows small businesses and startups to order just what they need without the pressure of meeting large MOQs. If you're looking to purchase in bulk, we offer the option to order larger quantities, which may come with volume discounts.
Do we offer samples of our ingredients?
Right now, we don’t offer samples at Let's Make Beauty, but we understand how important it is to test ingredients before committing to larger quantities. We're working on creating a sample program for the future! In the meantime, you can purchase ingredients in small quantities to try them out in your formulations without a big commitment.
How do I find the status of my order?
After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. To check the status of your order, simply log in to your Let’s Make Beauty account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Here, you’ll find detailed information about your current and past orders.

Thanks to our partnership with FedEx, you can choose from several shipping options, including FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and FedEx International, depending on your needs and location. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as where it’s headed. During checkout, you’ll get a clear breakdown of the shipping costs before you finalize your order. We believe in transparency, so the price you see at checkout is the final cost—no surprises! And great news! We offer free shipping on orders over $49. So, stock up on your favorite ingredients and enjoy the added savings!
How long does delivery take?
We’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Check the lead times in your order confirmation email to see when your items will ship. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment and get a more accurate delivery date. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Let's Make Beauty only offers shipping within the US. However, we are always looking at the possibility of expanding our services globally.
