This makes the Astro line very versatile to use in various formulations, such as color, skin, and hair. Astro CO60 is a new generation of color pigment that is easily incorporated into formulations. It has excellent skin adhesion due to bismuth oxychloride, and provides a brilliant white hue. Use level: 1 - 20%.
